Cheese day step by step

1. Mix all the ingredients with gram flour.
2. Add water slowly for making dough.
3. Make round ball and hide cheese by stuffing inside the ball and wrap again like a ball.
4. With strings use some thick gram flour paste to wrap around string.
5. Deep fry in oil.
6. Sprinkle with chaat masala.
