1. It's 1 cup of maida.
2. You need 1/2 cup of powdered sugar.
3. It's 1/2 cup of refined oil/butter can be used.
4. You need 1 tsp of baking powder.
5. It's 1 pinch of baking soda.
6. Prepare 1 tbsp of vanilla essence.
7. It's 1/2 cup of milk or as required.

1. In a mixing bowl pour maida and one by one add all dry ingredients and mix it well..
2. Now add refine oil and give a mix then slowly add milk to make a smooth batter. Then add vanilla essence and mix all the ingredients well..
3. Batter should have ribbon like consistency. Now grease toaster, if you have waffle maker/ moulds then grease that with oil and pre-heat toaster for few minutes then slowly add mixture into the toaster with the help of a spoon & lock it. Bake till it's colour become golden brown but in between check and turn both the sides for good crispy baking..
4. You can serve it with honey or chocolate syrup..
